HOW TO ASSEMBLE “V-Shaped” Sunrope
- Cut open end of Sunrope®, square at the center line of closest hole.
- a) Lay the Sunrope over the pulleys to have the belt tentatively stretched and fitted in the grooves.
b) Mark center of closest hole, where the belt has just made one complete taut loop being stretched by hand.
- Find the center line of the hole, cut off the belt with a knife, square with the belt, i.e., at an accurate right angle against the direction of belt pull.
- Attach the fastener at one end of the belt. The screws should be fastened lightly – if the screws are

- When the belt has been properly spliced, it is to be installed first on the smaller-sized pulley and then secondly, on the larger-sized pulley. When installing the belt, slight tension may be applied.
HOW TO HANDLE MULTIPLE BELT DRIVES
Mount the belt which is to be fitted on the mid-center position, first, and then place the adjacent belts in place. Refer to below diagram.
